Accounts Payable Position

The Business Administration Department is looking for someone with an accounting/business degree or equivalent experience. A minimum of three years of experience in accounts payable, strong communication, organization, and follow up skills. The candidate must have a high proficiency with Excel spreadsheets, database software, and proficient in 10 key calculator and keyboard. Candidate will manage all payable functions. Administrative and organizational skills with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with an eye for accuracy and excellence. Confidentiality and personal discretion is a must and priority concerning information related to the church and its members.

Accountant

The Business Administration Department is looking for someone with an accounting/business degree or equivalent experience and with a solid understanding of creating financial statements, general ledger coding (double entry), journal entries, and bank reconciliations. The candidate must have experience in working with financial software, database software, and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, leadership qualities, and a willingness to further develop skills as opportunities arise. Confidentiality and personal discretion is a must and priority concerning information related to the church and its members. This position also coordinates and oversees the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable positions.

Bellevue Facilities Position

Our Bellevue Campus has a full-time facilities position open. The weekly responsibilities include opening and closing the campus daily, cleaning the facilities thoroughly, and setting up for weekend services. The Campus Pastors will be directing for any additional needs that arise during the week pertaining to the facilities.

Graphic Designer

Marketing is looking for a new graphic designer to join the team. Ideal candidate will have the ability to collaborate with other creatives, as well as take direction. Modify a variety of template collateral (including but not limited to: posters, t-shirts, postcards, web banners, magazine ads, etc). Also, if you’re interested in web design, photography, and video, this will be a great breeding ground of collaboration! Should have skills in Microsoft Office, as well as Adobe Creatives, and ability to learn new programs. Must have a demonstrated ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, perform under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.

Nursery Director

Our team is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, encouraging, welcoming nursery director who understands the nursery is a ministry to parents and their children. The director is responsible to oversee nursery classrooms during weekend services as well as childcare team needed to support the ministries of the church. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who is highly capable of building healthy volunteer teams through continuous recruiting and development of volunteers. Duties include maintaining organized, safe, life-giving nursery rooms, implementing curriculum that provides worship and learning, as well as equipping/training all volunteers with appropriate policies and procedures.

Preschool Director

Our team is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, encouraging, welcoming preschool director who understands the nursery is a ministry to parents and their children. The director is responsible to oversee preschool classrooms during weekend services as well as our special needs classroom. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who is highly capable of building healthy volunteer teams through continuous recruiting and development of volunteers. Duties include maintaining organized, safe, life-giving preschool rooms, implementing curriculum that provides worship and learning, as well as equipping/training all volunteers with appropriate policies and procedures.

Video Editor

Seeking a motivated video editor to be responsible for assembling raw material into a finished product. Key role to provide in-house support to the media and marketing teams to create and deliver compelling video and audio solutions for the web, social media, TV, and weekend services. The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, a fast learner, tech-savvy, and a team player, with a creative eye and attention to detail. Proficient in Adobe Premiere with 3-5 years experience behind the camera. Strong technical background to include: equipment, cameras, lighting, etc.

Web Developer

You thrive on designing and developing intuitive and “user friendly” interfaces. Strong object oriented analysis and design skills as well as ability to troubleshoot technical problems. Ability to multitask, prioritize, show initiative and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must have experience with the following languages: JavaScript, HTML/CSS, ASP.net

As a staff member for Champions Centre, what would my weekly work schedule typically look like?

Offices operate Monday–Thursday, 9am–4:30pm, with additional weekend responsibilities specific to the campus experience schedule. Weekend responsibilities vary from position to position.
