What are my options if I am unable to attend the performance for which I have tickets?
To be fair to everyone, please understand we have a NO REFUND/NO EXCHANGE policy. The only exception to this policy is if a performance or event is cancelled at the discretion of Champions Centre. Please understand that there are no refunds or exchanges if you cannot or choose not to attend a non-cancelled performance or event. Here are some suggestions if you are unable to attend your ticketed performance or event: 1. You may wish to donate your ticket(s) to someone else or give ticket(s) to the Ticket Office to bless someone at the performance or event; 2. You may wish to consider your ticket purchase a donation to Champions Centre. We appreciate your understanding.
Can I attend the performance or event if I'm running late?
Yes. However, we suggest arriving at least 45 minutes prior to the start time. In the event you will be late, please understand the ushers will seat you when it is safe to do so based on available lighting and event layout.
Inclement weather conditions? When might a performance or event be cancelled?
Champions Centre does not typically cancel performances due to weather conditions. Please understand that Champions Centre does not issue refunds or exchanges if you cannot or choose not to attend a non-cancelled performance or event.
