Prayer Changes Everything
Prayer changes everything—not because it magically fixes every circumstance, but because it puts God first and puts our hearts in the right place. When we seek Him first (Matt 6:33), something powerful happens: God goes before us. He goes before conversations, decisions, problems we can’t solve, and battles we can’t see. Prayer invites His wisdom into our confusion, His peace into our anxiety, and His strength into our weakness.
So today, don’t wait until things feel out of control to pray. Begin with prayer. Bring God your questions, your hopes, your plans, your pain. As you do, trust that He is already ahead of you—opening the right doors, closing the wrong ones, and working all things together for good.
Keep praying, using the Lord’s Prayer as an outline
Continue using the Lord’s Prayer as your guide, just as we practiced last week. Move slowly through each phrase — honoring God, surrendering your will to His, asking for daily provision, receiving forgiveness and extending it, and inviting His protection and leadership in your life. Let this prayer shape your desires, your priorities, and your perspective.
