Come on. How many of you are thankful today for the victory that Jesus won on your behalf, on my behalf, on our behalf?
I know there are a lot of people who don’t uh don’t understand what’s behind a song like that.
would not be able to maybe connect all of the dots. But for those of us who
know that without him,
come on. Those of us who know in our own life like where would I be
if it were not for the grace and the goodness of God, for the mercy, for the love, for the compassion.
I just think all across our locations right now, we ought to have a thunderous round of applause and gratitude.

Wow. Wow. Wow. We’re going to just going to have a great springtime, a great Easter. And uh that just sort of like today doing that song.
It uh it took me into the Easter mode uh where we’re we’re just going to be celebrating
all that God has done. For God so loved the world that he gave his only son.
And may it never get too old. May it never get outdated. May we never get too far from
because there is now therefore no condemnation.
I said there is now therefore not condemnation.
I said come on there is now no condemnation.

Welcome to all of you wherever you are joining us from. Welcome to all of our locations. Yakimal, we welcome you today. We welcome you in Dupont. We
welcome you in Belleview. We welcome you at our online location. We welcome some of you who are watching after the
service is over. You’re watching uh later in the day. You’re watching throughout the week. We welcome you.
We’re glad that you’re a part of our service and a part of this message and we welcome all of you right here in the
house in Tacoma. Uh it is so good to be able to gather with God’s people and it’s a highlight, isn’t it? It’s a
highlight of the week for those of us who are part of the family of God. It’s just a highlight to be in a place of faith and a place of encouragement.
We’re talking on the topic of living like a leader. We’re in our our fifth uh session of this living like a leader.
And one of the big I guess the main essence of it is that wanting to remind all of
you that following Jesus is a call to live like a leader.
And I think that everybody say that live like a leader. Live like a leader. Say it again. Live like a leader.
Live like a leader. In other words, I I I want you to understand that and I I want all of us to to to go to the
realization again that uh Jesus spent he spent 33 years on earth only three
years in ministry and he called people follow me, follow me, follow me. He didn’t have a Twitter account. He wasn’t talking about Facebook. He just like follow me like let’s go.
Some of you didn’t get that like quick enough, but it’s okay. Uh he’s like let’s just go forward here. And then the
day came where physically he said tag your it. And he said I want you to go to the world and I want you to be the light
of the world and I want you to take the gospel and I want you to take the good news and I want you to carry it with you
and I want you to be the difference maker in your family. I want you to be the difference maker in your community, in your neighborhood, in your home. And
so following Jesus, really following Jesus is living like a leader.
Some of the things that are drastically wrong in our nation today is because of an erosion in true leadership.
an erosion and absence of of things like character and common sense
and and courage in leadership.
And one thing I’ve noticed over my life and noticed in scripture is that when God gets ready to do something, he goes looking for leaders.
not not perfect leaders and often there are they are reluctant
leaders but he goes to the desert backside of the desert looks for somebody named Moses
because he just he needs a leader and he and he goes to a shepherd’s field
in Judea to a young man named David because he he needs a leader
And this series is a reminder that leadership is not about some of the things that we think it’s about.
It’s not about being the smartest person in the room. It’s not about being the most educated.
It’s not about authority. Leadership is not about authority.
It’s not it’s not a chair that you sit in
or a position that you have or a title that you hold.
Leadership happens anywhere, anytime.
It’s about moments.
It’s about opportunities.
And the first scripture I want to look at today is Matthew 5:16.
And it says, “Let your light shine before others that they might see your good deeds and
glorify your father in heaven.” The last part of that is the is is the cause. The first part of that is the command.
And in the command it is let your light shine. Let your let your light shine.
And I want to expound on that a moment. Like it it’s it’s don’t be too reserved.
Don’t be too careful or cautious.
Don’t be so modest or afraid of being misunderstood.
Don’t play it safe so that everybody you’re sure everybody gets you.
Because if you’re afraid to say something that might offend somebody,
you might miss an opportunity where you’re actually supposed to speak up
into that crazy conversation of humanity.
And the world needs light. The the world needs wisdom.
The world needs hope.
So command, this is a command. Let your light shine.
Well, I’m afraid that I might mess something up. Be careful about being careful.
Let your light shine before men.
Enter the conversation.
Bring bring God where God would otherwise not be.
Have courage to refer to the true north that everyone else is ignoring.
Look at somebody and tell them, “Let your light shine.” Come on, tell them, “Let your light shine.” Tell somebody, “Live like a leader.” Live like a leader.
Come on, live like a leader.
Today we’re going to talk about the collaborative leaders of the Bible.
And leadership is a way of thinking and doing
Chapter 2: LEADERSHIP IS A WAY OF THINKING AND DOING THAT BRINGS PEOPLE TOGETHER IN A COMMON GOAL.
that brings people together in a common goal.
I’ll I’ll hold long enough for that. You can write it down. Leadership is a way of thinking and doing that brings people together in a common goal.
We see it over and over again in scripture. leaders collaborating together on a shared and common goal.
So, I mentioned Moses on the backside of the desert. I mentioned David in a Judeian hillside cuz God goes looking
for leaders. But can I tell you that Moses was not the only leader. Moses was surrounded by leaders. He had a guy
named Jethro that advised him. He had guys like Aaron and her in Exodus 17 who
were priests and when in the battle and his hands were up they held up his hands. They hel hel held up his arms. He
had Joshua who was leading the military and the army. Different different roles, same goal.
Cuz that’s what collaboration is.
Different roles, same goal. Different roles, same goal. David was called to lead. But David had leaders all around
him. And then those leaders had leaders around them. They collaborated together.
Some were warriors. Some were builders.
Some were songwriters. Some were prophets. Some led worship. Different roles, same goal. Different roles, same
goal. I’m telling you, God’s called you to be a leader. God’s called you to live like a leader. Again, keep everything in
context. I hope you’re getting that. I’m not talking about the corner office. I’m not talking about the the the eight
personality on the whatever that test is. I’m not talking about I’m not talking about the D on the disc. I’m
just telling you that God is calling all of us to live in such a way that we
release our influence in the world around us
and that we become adders and we become multipliers
and we join our forces together with other people And we lead like a team. Yeah.
In fact, Jesus, the greatest leader of all time, he didn’t see himself as the only leader.
Jesus called leaders. Amen. Jesus trained leaders.
Jesus commissioned leaders, empowered leaders, sent out leaders, entrusted the church
to leaders, told his followers to be the salt of the
earth, light of the world. Right? Are you with me? He told them basically he he he left it to them to bring heaven to
earth, carry the gospel into the world, build the church, expand God’s kingdom.
Different roles, same goals.
Different roles, same goals.
Again, leadership is a way of thinking and doing
that brings people together in a common goal.
I love this quote. It says, “No one can do everything, but everyone can do something.
And together, we can change the world.
In today’s uh message, I want to focus on the re in the rest of my message. I
want to focus on some specific things about the potential that we have collectively
as more and more of God’s people accept the challenge to live like a leader. I’m going to talk about I’ll just call it the benefits of collaboration.
The benefits of coming together with a forthright assertive,
build together, serve together, pray together kind of mentality.
No lone rangers. No, I’m off on my own hearing from God. Rest of y’all are crazy. None of that.
None of that. People collaborating.
People having conversation. People asking, “How do you feel about that?
What do you think? How can we how how how can we be better?”
So the benefits of the benefits of collaboration, the first one is that collaboration is it’s inclusive.
It’s inclusive. Some people are way too on your own to actually be fulfilling God’s plan for your life.
Leadership is about bringing others along with you.
True leadership is not measured by how hard you work or how much you can do or get done as a person.
True leadership is about bringing others along with you. We had a time of prayer today for
the Easter season to and we are imagining people that we can bring along.
And I was I was naming names in my life.
I was praying for some of you, for your fathers, for your mothers, for your sons
and your daughters. And just praying, God, that in this season, Lord, you would you would use us to lead others, to bring people along.
If you are aspiring to leadership today, let me give you a little bit of advice.
Don’t assume that being a hard worker is the same as being a leader.
If you’re a hard worker who is working alone, then you know what you are?
You’re a hard worker.
you’re a hard worker. Now, only reason I say that is I think some people are hoping that someone will notice them and
ask them to be a leader because they work so hard.
Like at work you work hard, at church you work hard. Can I just tell you working hard is not the same as leading.
And when God goes looking for leaders, he looks for people who are not afraid to work, people who are working hard,
but people who are including others in the process. That’s what leadership is.

Leadership is about one thing and it’s bringing people with you. to be
Chapter 3: LEADERS ARE COLLABORATIVE. LEADERSHIP IS ABOUT BRINGING OTHERS ALONG WITH YOU.
part of the process and accomplish the goal. So
collaborative leadership is inclusive.
Number two, collaboration is so great that such a great benefit. Number two, because it’s voluntary.
Chapter 4: IT’S VOLUNTARY. FORCED COLLABORATION ISN’T COLLABORATION.
Force collaboration isn’t collaboration.
I want to show you a scripture in Acts chapter 2 and it it’s the day of Pentecost.
And it says, “When the day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord.” Everybody say, “One
accord.” One accord. One place. One place. Say it again. One accord. Oneord.
One place. Now, some incredibly significant things happened after Acts 2:1.
The Holy Spirit was poured out for the very first time. And it was like lighting of fire that went across
the land from town to town and city to city, unstoppable.
a fire that could not be quenched.
But it all started when they meaning the people of God were in
one accord in one place.
Do you know like as a pastor I will tell you that as a pastor one thing that I
have learned about the church today is that the church today is consistently inconsistent.
Don’t get mad at me.
I’m I’m a truth talker. The church today is consistently inconsistent.
And what I mean by that is that about 50% of the people who attend Champion
Center are here on any given weekend.
Not because they’re out of town and not because they’re sick. At least not all of them.
So you have this core and then you have the congregation and then you have the crowd.
Separate it all out like but there’s something significant and powerful
when people are intentional to be there. That’s right.
purposeful, intentional, together.
Intentional in three ways. In presence, proximity and participation.
Very good.
something powerful when everyone says and it and and again it’s a leadership attitude, a leadership
initiative about life that sees who we are as being vitally
important to the bigger picture while knowing in our heart the humility
part of it is absolute and true. But if I’m on the team, I’m supposed to be there at the team practice, at the team
huddle. If I’m on the team, I’m not supposed to be somewhere else and just showing up halfway through the game. No coach would tolerate that.
Am I sounding harsh? maybe a little frustrated.
Receive it in a spirit of honor and honesty and and because you know what I’m saying is true.
Being intentional to be present. It just starts with that.
And God bless everyone who is present today. You made it.

And thank God for those of you who are here 45 weekends a year or more. Woo!
Wow. Come on.
It’s not like the whole church is sloing. I’m addressing a dynamic that we
have overlooked in terms of seeing God work in our lives.
And and and it’s just that this is voluntary. I can’t come get you, drag you out of your house.
I can’t do that.
And if I were to pay you, I would be manipulating you to show up.
It’s completely voluntary.
And the beauty of it is is that it’s voluntary.
Because at the end of the day, voluntary behavior sends a message.
Whether it’s good or bad, when you volunteer to go the extra mile and you don’t have
to, that says something about your consideration, your love, your concern for the
individual that you go the extra mile for. Can we talk?
So in the kingdom of God there’s this one accord one place. Everybody say one accord one place.
That is a basic principle of collaboration
that is being overlooked by well it’s I don’t need to be there every time the doors are open. I don’t have to. What’s the big deal?
Like what are we military? Maybe.
No, I I’m I mean, we’re not, but we’re in the Lord’s army.
Like, there’s a level there’s a level of responsibility that the modern Christian
often times is shunning, right? And it’s very self-centered. Yeah. Say that.
And it it is not collaborative. And it’s I’ll work my own thing out my own way, my own time. Leave me alone. What is
this? A legalistic sort of government sort of thing.
And so what do we get? We get independent, non- collaborative, lacking unity.
And I want to again say what did they get in Acts two? They got a move of the Holy Spirit.
Yeah. The the the heavens opened up.
The land was filled with the presence of God. From town to town, house to house.
God showed up in a big way. It all started in an agreement, a spirit of
agreement in God’s people that said, “I’m a part and I will be there.
Another thing that is a benefit of collaboration is that there’s when there’s collaboration, there’s trust and dependability.
Chapter 5: THERE’S TRUST AND DEPENDABILITY. COLLABORATION DOESN’T HAPPEN WITHOUT PEOPLE WHO CAN BE COUNTED ON!
Collaboration doesn’t happen without people who can be counted on.
And Jesus said, “Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much. And whoever is dishonest with very little,” he is dishonest with. He’s
talking about he’s talking about here is is is a sense of doing good with what you have where you are and God gives you more.
[Applause]
Small things are a proving ground for greater opportunities in our lives. Amen.
So, individually and then collectively, think about it just not personal. Think about it as God’s great church.
When we’re faithful in small things, rally nights matter.
[Music]
It matters. Being a part of the serving aspect of a church matters
not just to you but when we collectively are faithful in little
we then can be entrusted with more.
I can tell many of y’all this is not your favorite message of the year. It will not get your vote. You’ll want to skip this one and go on to the
hallelujah one with a great encouragement. And but this one here will make your life go a whole lot better.
It’ll make us be more what God wants us to be. Amen. by by recognizing the
inclusiveness, the volunteer attitude and mindset and the the trust and
dependability that gets built by collaboration. Let me just say something that one of the there’s there’s reasons why collaboration is hard.
Uh some one reason collaboration is hard is because of our fragile hearts.
our you could call it an orphan heart.
You could call it various things. We we at a a a personal level we have been
hurt. This generation has suffered brokenness and betrayal
and fathers have abandoned and families have left and friendships
without an explanation have walked out the door.
and we were part of something and the next thing we knew that that something was not there anymore.
And because of that, we live in a very tentative, hesitant space,
where we’re collaboration is hard.
And it’s it’s not just hard on the giving end, it’s hard on the inclusive end. After
367, I lost count, years of pastoring, I can tell you that I find myself having to
over and over again pull back the the closing of my heart toward people
because of the other ones who have hurt me. Right? I have to include a a stranger today.
But as I’m including a stranger today, I’m thinking about the one that came before them and the one that came before them.
Do you understand what I’m saying?
Collaboration is a challenge. Would you agree with me? That’s why marriage is a challenge.
That’s why long-term relationships are a challenge because we all know in any given moment somebody can walk out the door right in the middle of this thing.
Somebody can let me down. Somebody can break my heart again.
[Applause]
All the more reason I want to call you as a man and a woman of God to the
courage to the confidence of resolving in your heart that God is a healer.
He is a strength.
He can help you. He can help me. He can help all of us.
But we have to choose to not be like the world.
We have to choose to put our hope and trust in God.
We have to risk again. We have to love again and risk again
because there is a huge necessary essential benefit in collaborating
and joining with other people in our lives. And there is power in that exchange that you do not get any other place.
I’ve been very uh very my curiosity stirred and a lot about a lot of things going on in the world and I become like
I I want to go find out real real answer like why why why one of the things is why are 7 million men not going back to
work between the ages of 24 and 55. 7 million men in our nation not going back
to work. Jobs are there, opportunity there. 7 million male species.
And I’ve heard a lot of theories. I’m not sure what the truth is. I don’t really know.
But I can tell you it’s something complex within the internal dynamics of the emotions and the hearts of men.
There’s a complexity having to do with disappointment. Having to do with I’m not doing that again. I’m not going back
there. I’m looking out for myself. I don’t have to do that. I’m not going to give myself away anymore.
I’m going to watch out for me.
It’s something in the neighborhood of all of that of self promotion
in a way that basically gives the world the finger. Sorry.
You know what I mean now? like just because we know that today when we talk
about leadership we have politics without principle.
We know that our system of politics does not produce leadership.
It produces politicians and we all know it.
I think we’re as a people, we have to be responsible in some way because the politician knows that being elected is not about leading.
It’s about telling people what they want to hear, promising what them what what they want, whether you can deliver or not.
And that has taken the place of
character, courage, telling the truth because people want pleasure.
And people want to know that you’re thinking about them at an exorbitant extreme level that is actually inconsiderate of the others.
Right. Right.
And any child, any parent that has multiple children know the dynamics of a young child. It’s like like, “What about
me? What about me?” And if you allow the child to be the the me monster, the the me monster wants all of it. They want
their brother stuff. They want their sister stuff. They want all of it. They want all the attention. They want it all the time.
Am I telling you the truth today or what?
Collaboration.
The benefit is there’s a high level of generosity. If you hang around in a collaborative crowd, there will be generosity. I promise you. I guarantee
Chapter 6: THERE’S HIGH LEVELS OF GENEROSITY. LEADERS ARE GENEROUS CONTRIBUTORS.
you. I’m not talking about soft pedaling. I’m not talking about not telling the truth. I’m just talking about people are generous. When people
are collaborating for something greater, they are generous to one another because they are depending on one another to get
to the goal. So, one of the great benefits of collaboration is that in a real collaborative setting, the goal is not to play it safe.
The goal is to make a difference.
The goal is to give your best. The goal is to go the extra mile. The goal is to lay yourself out there.
I love I love the way it’s worded in Malachi 3 where the teaching on the tithe happens and
God’s talking to people and he says, “Bring the whole tithe.
Bring the whole tithe.” And I thought about this a lot of time.
I’ve thought about it. God, what do I do about that?
I’m bringing my tithe and I know other people that are bringing their tithe
and I know you want us in a different space collectively but I can’t bring their tithe.
Remember back to voluntary.
The joy of in a church like ours, the joy of seeing people give, tithe, offerings is because I know no one is holding a gun to their head.
They are voluntarily from their heart.
They are giving. They are making room each and every week when they have a
job, when they don’t have a job, when the income is good, when it’s not good. And that’s one of the joys.
But let let me do a little something. We can do this at every location if you want. Um I’m almost done. Hang with me.
Are you okay? Everybody good? I’m helping. I’m helping. I I I think I’m helping all of us right now. But I just want the first two rows all across
whatever location you’re at. the first two rows of the building. On the count of three, I’m going to ask you, first of all, I just want you to hold your both

Recent stat. You say, “Pastor Kevin, well, what why do you say that?” I want just to tell you to be honest, recent stats in our own church is that 48% of
the people in our church, this is going to be staggering.
48% of the households in our church gave a dollar or more last year.
Not not our mailing list. We purge we purge to activeness.
less than 50%.
Approximately, we have the 2080 rule going on in our church. 20% give 80%.
Because about 16% of the 48% who give something, best we can tell, about 16% actually give a tithe.
If you’re part of our church, I wonder if you would consider joining with us.
I I wonder if you would consider unifying with us.
I wonder if you would consider collaborating if the church mean is meaningful to you.
If it’s helpful, if it’s a blessing in your life, I just wonder, will you give?
It’s not for me.
I just wonder about the possibilities of two rows of clapping versus a whole room.

five, problems get solved quickly.
Chapter 7: PROBLEMS GET SOLVED QUICKLY. MANY HANDS MAKE LIGHT WORK.
Just it’s so common today for people to say, “That’s not my problem.
But then there’s others who see a need and they meet it.
A few weeks ago, a friend of mine, Pastor Danny Green, spoke here.
It’s a great day, wasn’t it? It was a great message.
And he and I hanging out together and we started reminiscing about our early days in ministry. And he told a story. We
were telling about, you know, hey, we started here. You remember when we did this? Did you do that? Yeah, I did that.
That was like and and some of it just involved where we went with ministry, what street we stood on, what um church,
you know, where we were invited to go to a youth speak at a youth event or something like that. But he told me about a church that he went to and he
was the guest speaker at the church and the grass was all grown up, the lawn was grown up, the weeds, you know, were it
was just like looked like nobody was home kind of thing. And so he he’s a guest speaker and he he gathered some
tools and gathered some lawnmowers and gathered some people and he you know he
he went out there and brought some others with him and they mowed the lawn and they trimmed the weeds and they put some paint on the curbs or people in the
church and you know he could have easily said this is not my problem.
this is not my church. He he could have actually went away and criticized and said lazy people
don’t even work for their own church. Like you know he could have easily just said that like
he could have told me that story years later and that would have been the end.
Like I went to this church it was pitiful. It just, you know, like grass and not looked like nobody was there.
Like nobody cared. Nobody. And I’m like, “Oh, Jesus, help me get through the next night or two here.” You know, like that could have been the end of the story.
And my point is that collaboration, more problems get solved.
Like many hands may make light work.
And lastly, God’s favor is on it when we come together in unity. God’s favor is on it.
Chapter 8: GOD’S FAVOR IS ON IT. KINGDOM COLLABORATION HAS NATURAL BENEFITS AND SUPERNATURAL BLESSINGS.
Now, reframe real quick, but I’m talking mainly about the church obviously today because that’s who we are collectively.
That’s who we are when we gather. But all of these things are true. No matter what you’re a part of, if if it’s meaningful to you, make sure you’re not
just an observer or, you know, someone who’s in the if it’s, you know, family, this goes for
marriage, this goes for everything that you’re a part of is to
understand the dynamics and the power of collaborating together in a spirit and a heart of unity.
and giving yourself to that thing called relationship.
I’m not asking you to be foolish. I’m not asking you to, you know, sometimes someone hurt you.
I’m not asking you to go trust that person again.
I would have apprehension in that if I were you.
God’s never told us to do that. you. He tells us to forgive people, but he doesn’t tell us to go trust them again.
And so there, if you understand what I’m telling you today, I’m I am saying, but the next person God brings in your life
should not be treated based on what you had from the other person. And
a lot of people are a lot of people are failing today to be fully collaborative and fully invested
in a relationship right now because they keep telling the right now relationship.
Well, you got to understand this happened to me back there and I’m just guarding my heart. I’m just guarding myself.
I understand we need our hearts to be healed.
At the same time, I mean, we have people that come to our church and do that.
When I talk about the giving, the participation, many of those people would say, “Well, I was at a church. I gave myself fully.
I invested myself.” hand and that would be the reason why that
justifies many people’s decisions to not invest again, lean in again, trust again.
I just want to tell you that that is not God’s plan for any of our lives. He is greater than that. He can
sustain us, strengthen us, help us, support us if we’ll walk by faith into the new relationship and treat it with
hope, and treat it with confidence. And and then if it doesn’t go well, guess what? He will help you with your broken
heart to probably heal even faster than you’ve ever healed before.
That’s that’s God. That’s the God we serve.
But God’s favor is on collaboration and
kingdom collaboration has mutual benefits between us, but it also has supernatural blessing. And I want to
just bring out that there’s a story in the Bible about the the the the walls of Jericho. The city was shut down and
God’s people were supposed to have that land and and it was not being surrendered and they were supposed to have it. It was God’s plan for them to
have it. And they went out under the orders and direction of God. And they all did the same thing every day. And that is they marched around the walls
every day of Jericho. I’ve been to Jericho. I’ve been in the art, the archaeology diggings, the archaeological
diggings, and I’ve been I’ve sat there that Jericho was a real place that tumbled and went down. And it really becomes alive if you ever get a chance
to go to the land of the Bible. Like these are these are real things. Like these are real places, real events. And
that that city was a full fully occupied like stronghold city.
On the seventh day, God said, “I want you to walk around seven times.” Now, I just want you to know half the
people didn’t show up. All the people showed up.
I want you to understand that when they got to another point, God said, “I want you at this specific point, I want all
of those who have a trumpet, I want them to blow the trumpet at the exact precise
same time.” And then I want the whole of the people to shout. I want you to shout
with a loud voice. Okay? I want you to shout. So my point is that God, this stuff matters to God. He would not tell
people to do something if it didn’t matter to him. He wanted unity. He wanted collaboration. He wanted people together. I don’t know where you fit on
how you label yourself. I’m a child of God. I’m not. I’m in the church. I’m not. I don’t know. That’s between you and God. I am beckoning to anyone who is
a believer today. I’m beckoning you forward to the power of ownership,
leadership, collaboration, taking initiative in your own life to be a part of something bigger than yourself and
and to join in. Join like don’t stay at a distance. Don’t stay in the bleachers.
Join in. Take the step. There’s something about it that is God-honoring.
There’s something about it that God God values. There’s something about it that God blesses. Whenever we go out of our
way, leave our comfort zone to go to go to the church essentials class to go into a serving team. It sounds like
logistics and program. I know it sounds like that to you. It’s more than that. It’s the Lord’s army. It’s team church.
It’s people coming together for a cause and a purpose that is greater than our own.
And you know what happened? The trumpets at the same time when they blew them and when they all shouted, the wall
supernaturally came down. Can I just tell you that some of you are just an agreement away in
your relationship from seeing the walls come down? You are a spirit of agreement, attitude agreement away.
Right now, you’re being stubborn. Right now, you’re not coming together. Right now, you’re standing your ground. Right now, you’re sleeping in different rooms.
Right now, you got your opinion. You got your attitude. And I don’t know what Yeah, they did. I You’re right. I don’t
I’m just telling you a moment in agreement.
A moment of saying I am going to go the distance in this because I love and I
surrender myself to the possibility of God doing something big of God working supernaturally.
There is power in that. I said there is power in that.

Father, I thank you today for your presence.
I sense right now the Holy Spirit is at work in all of our lives.
But there are some that today you are really really today you’re calling them out of a place that they have been in
far too long and you’re beckoning them into the blessing.
You’re beckoning them into the place that is uncomfortable
and you’re calling them forward because you have things that you want to do for them.
And I pray in Jesus’ name today that we would be obedient
because our children need this from us. Our future depends on this.
And I pray that spectators and observers would be summoned by the
Holy Spirit to the space that you have prepared for them of participation of proximity.
The place God where you’ve prepared for them to do a part and be a part and take part.
And I pray God that as we make those moves that more people would be obedient. That we would live our life
God like leaders are called to live with the character with the confidence
that we would live our lives God in a space and a place where we are overcoming our fears because we want to
give you glory in our lives in Jesus name. Amen. In Jesus name.

I just felt so much God saying, “Kevin, preach the word. Call people forward.
Yeah.
Ask them to shake off hesitation, inhibition. Caution.
Ask people. Join. Participate.
Go the extra mile. Be my people. Pray together. Worship together.
Put me first.
live with that kind of confidence, live with that kind of courage. I just felt that. And I know that when God calls me to do something, I know he doesn’t leave me up here by myself.
I know he’s doing a work in people’s hearts today. Doing a work in people’s lives today. That’s right.

I want to be a dynamic force dynamic force that glorifies you on earth.
