More Than a Program: The LeadX Experience

As we prepare to celebrate another graduating class of LeadX, we can’t help but reflect on everything this journey represents.

LeadX is more than a leadership program or internship. It’s a place where people discover purpose, grow in leadership, build lifelong relationships, and step confidently into the calling God has placed on their lives.

At Champions Centre, we believe the Church needs strong, healthy, faith-filled leaders now more than ever. That’s why LeadX exists—to Educate, Equip, and Empower the leader within you.

LeadX is designed for anyone who has a dream in their heart to make an impact in and through the Church. Whether you feel called to full-time ministry, leadership in the workplace, creative ministry, business, worship, or serving people, LeadX helps develop the leadership, character, and spiritual foundation needed to lead well.

Over the course of the program, students don’t just gain knowledge, they gain experience. They serve, build, lead, problem solve, grow spiritually, and learn what it means to be part of building the local church. Through mentorship, hands-on ministry, leadership development, and community, students leave changed from the inside out.

And while we are incredibly proud of this year’s graduates, we also believe this is just the beginning for them.
The Church moves forward because people say yes. Yes to growth. Yes to serving. Yes to leadership. Yes to God’s calling on their lives.
