Leadership Development Program 101
God has given Pastor Kevin a strong desire to prioritize and spend time developing leaders in our house. LDP 101 is a 8-week class designed to take your leadership to the next level.
Each week, class will be held onsite at your location. To get the most out of this experience, we encourage active participation during each session.
*You may miss up to two sessions within the eight-week timeframe.
*If you miss a session, you can make it up by watching the video online.
Leadership Development Program 201
Once you complete LDP 101, a select few leaders will be considered to apply for our LDP 201 course. LDP 201 is a 8-week class that dives even deeper into leadership growth.
Each week, class will be held onsite at your location. To get the most out of this experience, we encourage active participation during each session.

LEADX & Northwest University
Northwest University is a local, non-profit, private Christian school that has been providing a great education to students since 1934. LeadX is a part of Northwest University’s “Northwest Partnership Program.” This partnership allows LeadX interns to earn Associate's, Bachelor’s or Master's degrees while participating in the program with a tuition discount. Whether you see yourself working in full-time ministry or taking your ministry to the workplace, LEADX is here to prepare people who want to lead and build the church.
