Leadership Development Program 101

We are so excited to begin the next round of our Leadership Development Program with you. God has given Pastor Kevin a strong desire to prioritize and spend time developing leaders in our house.

How do I participate?

Each week, class will be held onsite at your location. To get the most out of this experience, we encourage active participation during each session.

*You may miss up to two sessions within the eight-week timeframe.

*If you miss a session, you can make it up by watching the video online (links will be provided below).

*To maximize your growth, we ask that you fully engage in discussions and activities during class.

Homework

Each week, you’ll be asked to complete a homework form to answer a few questions about yourself and the session. This helps us confirm your attendance, create accountability, and provide your leaders with insight into how you’re progressing in the class.

*If you need to miss class for any reason, we are asking you to communicate with your team leader and your Location Pastor.
